RT Western Construction Services is a San Francisco SBE/LBE-certified construction company that has evolved over its ten-year history into a premier trade partner of the San Francisco Bay Area construction industry. We specialize in the installation of commercial & residential doors, frames & hardware; the installation of finish carpentry including millwork, casework and providing a wide range of construction cleaning services. As a union company affiliated with Laborers Union Local 261, Carpenters Union Local 22, Operating Engineers Union Local 3 and SEIU Local 87, we are also a provider of skilled trade workers, laborers and operating engineers of various levels depending on our client’s needs.
Aside from providing installation services for doors, frames and hardware, we supply the materials as well—hollow metal and wood frames, hollow metal and wood doors and their associated finish hardware. We are northern California’s premier supplier for division 06, 08, and 10 to the general contractor.
